Join our Run Club for moms & come train for our Winter Session starting in January 2026!

Whether you’re lacing up for your first race or ready to boost your pace, Run Club is here to get you across that finish line feeling strong.

The 8-week guided program blends smart training with community. You’ll get a detailed plan, expert coaching, and accountability to keep you moving. Run at your own pace, build confidence, and prove to yourself that you can do hard things!

  • What's Included?:
  • Two coach-led in-person runs per week. 1 group run every Sunday at 6:30am and another (based on participation) will be on a recurring weekday at 5AM.

  • An extensive client guide that includes tips for getting started and training

  • Nutrition and gear guidance

  • Personal Coach

  • A custom training plan

  • Daily check-ins with your coach and private group chat for education, connection and accountability.

  • Weekly emails and a weekly running tracker.

  • Access to 1 FIT4MOM Riverside class per week of choice for in-person class cross training

  • FIT4MOM On Demand Cross Training
