Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health! Join us 2 times a week for an in person workout in the evenings, you can also join any of our stroller strides, strides 360 or stroller barre class during the 6 week period. We will be offering some additional perks for participating in the course as expecting mamas need some love. Stay Tuned.

Hi! I’m Shelbi! I’ve been a Fit4Mom instructor for a year and a half, and I love being a part of this village! I’m expecting baby #2 in early July and I’m so excited to be coaching Fit4Baby, and connecting with new and expecting mamas!
