This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. We will meet once per week for group runs along with cross training workouts, and we run rain or shine.
Our Training Program includes:•A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!

•Weekly motivational & educational materials from your coach!
•Weekly educational clinics presented in our online forum
•Private Facebook page for women to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
•FUN and UNIQUE opportunities to connect with your fellow Run Club Sisters while training to keep you accountable and engaged throughout the session!
